Description: This vehicle was created for use in a interactive display for HME Incorporated, world's largest independant custom firetruck chassis builder. (http://www.hmetruck.com/) I was given accurate shop drawings and data to make this realistic model of the 1871SLe.

Tuning Modification: Because this vehicle is realistically tuned and thus has rather poor acceleration and top speed (80mph), I will allow the tuning to be altered and the firetruck re-released with the following conditions:

-I am credited as the original creator (TEK_Xacto)
-I am notified of your intentions to retune it.
-You must change the name of the file from vphme.ar to vphme01 or something similiar so it won't overwrite the original file on user's computers.
-You must change the vehicle name in the .info file from HME 1871SLe to some other name so that it is recognizable as a changed vehicle.
